Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
No classes have been completed, and
No lesson package has been actively used or scheduled.
Once lessons have started or any class has been completed, refunds will not be issued for completed sessions.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Completed lessons
Missed classes without prior notice
Lesson packages that have already been partially used
Rescheduling
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, rescheduling may be possible with prior notice, subject to tutor availability.
