Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 5, 2026

At LK English (lkenglish.com), we aim to provide high-quality online English learning services and a positive experience for all students. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Trial Lesson

We offer a trial lesson for $10. The trial lesson fee is non-refundable.

2. Lesson Packages

All lesson package purchases are final. We do not offer cash refunds once a package has been purchased. If you decide to stop lessons, any remaining unused sessions will be held as credit on your account and may be applied toward a future package.

3. Credit Expiry

Unused lesson credits expire after 6 months of account inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no lessons attended or booked during that period. We will send you a reminder email at the 5-month mark to notify you before any credits expire. Price changes do not affect already purchased credits. Any credits on your account at the time of a price change remain valid at their original value.

4. Accidental Purchases

If you believe a payment was made in error and you have not booked or attended any lesson, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@lkenglish.com. We will review the case and, at our discretion, may issue a refund for genuine accidental payments.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice will be considered forfeited and deducted from your package. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund or credit under any circumstances: completed lessons, lessons missed without at least 24 hours notice, and the trial lesson fee.

7. Processing

Any approved credits will be applied to your LK English account within 5–7 business days. No cash refunds will be issued except in the case of a verified accidental purchase as described in Section 4.
