Go to Buy Credits in your student dashboard. Credits never expire and can be used for any teacher on the platform.
Open My Classes in your dashboard and click Cancel next to the booking. You receive a full credit refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the class. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded.
Click Teacher No Show on the class card in your My Classes page. Your credit will be refunded automatically and our team will be notified to follow up with the teacher.
Visit our Teach with Us page and register. Once your account is created, complete your application form from your teacher dashboard. Our team reviews all applications and will contact you for an interview.
Payment issues are best handled directly — please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking ID or transaction details and we'll resolve it quickly.
